Inspections & Measurement Capabilities
At Rivercity Industries, we utilize a range of advanced inspection equipment to ensure the highest level of precision and quality in our fabrication processes. Our capabilities include vision tables and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), which allow for detailed and accurate inspection of complex parts. We routinely work within tight measurement tolerances, including as precise as +/- .002”, to meet the demanding specifications of our clients. In addition to standard inspections, we also support advanced quality assurance methods such as First Article Inspections (FAIs) and Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs), ensuring full compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
