We can cut through almost any material of any thickness, including 4-inch stainless steel. And, unlike laser, EDM or plasma – based processes, our high pressure (50,000 psi) water stream cuts without the thermal distortion which can result in material fatigue or failure. Plus, waterjet cutting leaves a burr-free edge so little or no additional finishing is required. We use a robotically-controlled machine which gives us the freedom to cut configurations in most 3-dimensional composite parts. We can work from your prints, drawings, DXF or IGES files, or we can design a cutting pattern from scratch from your specifications.

The LT3000 is a highly flexible twin-spindle turning center in the 8-inch chuck class. This turning center has the ability to combine the upper and lower turrets with either spindle. The machine enables process flexibility, very high feature utilization, and the ability to complete the greatest amount of primary and secondary machining possible in one compact unit. The turning center can be setup in a variety of different configurations to maximize our customers’ specific circumstance. Three turrets provide best production throughput and integrated operations. This multi-function horizontal twin-spindle machine integrates lathe and mill/drill functions on all turrets. Many tool stations are available for either mill or lathe function.

The VF-3YT/50 provides the heavy cutting capacity of a 50-taper machine in a mid-size footprint. It has 6″ more Y-axis travel than the standard VF-3. A larger base casting provides the extended Y-axis travel, yet the machine’s footprint is only slightly larger than the standard VF-3. Heavy cast-iron construction yields the rigidity and stability necessary for heavy cutting, and the wide T-slot table provides plenty of room for fixturing and large parts.

The 3-D CO2 laser tube cutting machine cuts tube diameters up to 8.625 in. and a bar weight up to 1,000 lbs. The unit, equipped with a tilting, +/-45-degree head, provides for 5-axis cutting and ultrahigh-speed piercing, allowing for complex cutting on most tube profiles.
